In 1996, Dave McAninch formed DCM Architecture, Inc. and began his design journey on the West Coast where he honed his creative and technical skills for five years in Orange County, California, one of the most competitive architectural arenas in the country. Before relocating to Georgia in 2003, Dave and his associates traversed the nation creating trendsetting, award-winning designs in over a dozen real estate markets throughout the country. Nationwide architectural experience and knowledge of diverse market trends has garnered DCM a reputation for exceeding expectations, no matter the size, style or budget.

Currently based in Marietta, Georgia, DCM continues to provide reliable, inspired architectural design and planning solutions throughout the Atlanta area and the Southeast.
